- "Services" — the estate information, legacy facilitation, and organizational support sessions offered by Bequesta.
- "Website" — our website accessible at bequestaor.world and any related pages.
- "User" / "You" — any person who accesses our website or engages our services.
- "Agreement" — these Terms & Conditions, together with any booking confirmation or service correspondence.
- "Content" — all text, images, materials and information on our website or provided during our services.
CLAUSE 2
Acceptance of Terms
By using our website or contacting us to arrange services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or engage our services.
Our services are intended for individuals aged 18 and above. By engaging with us, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
CLAUSE 3
Service Description
Bequesta provides the following organizational and educational support services:
- Legacy Conversation Facilitation — a structured session to help families talk openly about wishes and memories.
- Estate Inventory Workshop — a guided session on listing and organizing personal belongings.
- Personal Records Digitization — scanning and securely organizing family papers into a searchable archive.
All services are educational and organizational in nature. They do not constitute legal, financial, medical or any other form of regulated professional advice. We make no claim about legal, financial or personal outcomes arising from the use of our services.
Services are delivered in Bangkok, Thailand. Availability may be subject to scheduling and capacity. We will communicate expected timelines at the point of booking.
CLAUSE 4
User Responsibilities
When using our website and services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information when contacting us or making a booking
- Use our website and services for lawful purposes only
- Treat our team and other participants with courtesy and respect
- Not reproduce, copy or redistribute our website content without permission

Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, design, structure, graphics and service materials — is owned by or licensed to Bequesta and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and view our website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, republish or commercialize any content without our prior written consent.
CLAUSE 6
Payment Terms
Service fees are as set out on our website at the time of booking and are quoted in Thai Baht (฿). We accept payment by the methods communicated at the time of booking. Full payment details will be confirmed in writing before your session begins.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
We understand that circumstances change. Our cancellation terms are as follows:
- Cancellation with more than 7 days' notice — full refund
- Cancellation with 3–7 days' notice — 50% refund
- Cancellation with less than 3 days' notice — no refund
- Rescheduling is welcomed with at least 48 hours' notice at no charge
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 14 business days of a valid cancellation request.
CLAUSE 7
Service Delivery Terms
We will make reasonable efforts to deliver each service as described and to the schedule agreed at booking. The scope of each session is outlined during initial consultation; any significant change to scope will be discussed and agreed in advance.
Confidentiality
We treat all information shared during our sessions with care and discretion. Details shared by clients will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, except where required by law.
Digitization and Data Handling
For Personal Records Digitization sessions, physical documents remain the property of the client at all times. Digital copies are provided to the client upon completion. We do not retain copies of client documents beyond the period needed to deliver the service.
CLAUSE 8
Disclaimers
Our website and services are provided on an "as available" basis. While we take care to ensure the accuracy of information on our site, we do not warrant that it is always complete, current or free from error.
Bequesta provides general information and organizational support only. Nothing on our website or in our sessions constitutes legal, financial, tax or other regulated professional advice. We recommend that you seek appropriate professional guidance for matters that require it.
We make no representation about personal outcomes arising from participation in our sessions. Results will vary based on individual circumstances.
CLAUSE 9
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Bequesta's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including loss of income, opportunity or data, arising from the use of our website or services.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
CLAUSE 10
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Bequesta, its team members and associates harmless from any claims, losses or expenses arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of our website or services.
CLAUSE 11
Termination
Either party may end an engagement by giving reasonable notice. We reserve the right to decline, suspend or conclude service delivery if we consider that these terms have been breached, or if continuing the service would be inappropriate.
Sections relating to disclaimers, limitation of liability, intellectual property and governing law will survive termination.
CLAUSE 12
Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.

CLAUSE 13
General Provisions
Entire Agreement. These terms, together with any service booking confirmation, constitute the entire agreement between you and Bequesta relating to your use of our services.
Severability. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
Waiver. Failure by either party to enforce any provision of these terms does not constitute a waiver of the right to do so in the future.
Assignment. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these terms without our prior written consent.
